This is for me mostly. I have high cholesterol and high blood pressure and I just don't feel like I am doing the best that I can for my health. Its for my family because I want to be around long enough to fulfill my dreams (singer/actress) and see my grand children, should my daughter ever have any. So, here we go again. Yesterday was a completely vegan day for me. I did not drink all of the water that I should have, but I will definitely do that today. I drank too much water before bed because I was up all night long going to the bathroom. I drank about 5 cups before bedtime. That was not smart. I have a water tracker app on my phone, Water your Body. It gets on my nerves, but it does the trick. It says I should be drinking 91.1 oz of water a day based on my height and weight. I weigh about 190 and I am 5'2. Anyway, I put a picture of yesterdays lunch. It was a French Lentil Steak Burger: Rawtopian Bliss Raw Vegan Diners Club. It was absolutely delicious!!
