My system needs an overhaul. I always go back to vegan eating when I need a change. Why you ask? Because it make me feel....awesome! I feel lighter, not bloated, I feel full, not hungry, and I just feel good about myself. I looked in the mirror the other day and I did not like what I saw....at all! So, here goes to a full system reset. I'll keep you posted!
