So today, I started JJ Smiths 30 day challenge. You have 2 smoothies and one meal with snacks. Doesn't seem too hard. I had a smoothie this morning for breakfast, with a cup of green tea. I had a salad as a snack as I continued chewing on my smoothie. For dinner, I had collards stir-fried with Turkey sausage. It. Was. Delicious. Period. Tomorrow, same thing repeated but with a pineapple berry smoothie.
