One Week Celebration!!!

I am so excited to say that I have been clean eating for a week now!!!  Yes, I start and I stop, and start again....but the important thing is that I continue!!   Yesssssss!!!  I keep it going!!  This week, here is the routine that I followed.  Did I follow it perfectly?  No, I didn't, but I kept it moving and persevered!!!  There were some days where I did not get all my water in, and some days I skipped breakfast, but I kept on til I finished.  The plan is to continue this for 30 days.  I have a secret group on Facebook called Eat for Life!.  If you want to join me, send a request and you can take this journey along with me!!

Morning:  Green Drink, and 32oz of water
Breakfast:  My favorite fruit, heated or cold
Snack:  If I am hungry I will eat a handful of nuts, or a fruit or veggie.  Normally, I am not hungry at this point.  I also drink another 32oz of water.
Lunch:  A veggie meal of some sort.  This is my biggest meal of the day.  I may have a veggie sandwich and a salad, or a veggie soup and salad...stir fried veggies and a salad...any combination.
Snack:  Same as above snack, and I will drink another 32oz of water
Dinner:  I have a light dinner or quinoa and veggies, steamed veggies or a salad

At night I take Universal Mind...its is a bitter cleanser.  It cleans EVERYTHING out of your system, and I mean EVERYTHING!!!!  I have also tried the MagO7 which is a cleanser as well.  I will post later about both of these.
